The i9 Gold 1-19 USB duplicator boasts several specialized functions, including "Write Protect," "Double Source Check," and "Event Log Report." The Write Protect function enables the creation of read-only USB sticks, preventing the removal of information and user formatting. Specific Write Protect-compatible USB memory sticks are available in various forms and capacities through U-Reach suppliers.
For enhanced reliability during duplication, the Double Source Check function utilizes two "master" USB sticks. The Event Log Report function stores comprehensive information about the duplication process on the U-Reach i9 Gold USB duplicator, accessible through the provided PC Link software or exportable to a USB stick.
The U-Reach i9 Gold 1-19 USB duplicator enables the simultaneous creation of nineteen copies of a USB pen drive (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, and 3.2). Activating the 'Write Protect' on a USB flash device ensures that the content of the entire stick can not be deleted. It is also not possible to write to the stick. Files can not be modified or deleted. It is even no longer
possible to format the stick. Special U-Reach USB sticks are required to use the Write Protect function. These USB sticks can be ordered in various models and sizes.
The unique design with external power adapters guarantees sufficient voltage to provide broad support for all kinds of flash media; USB sticks 1.1/2.0/3.0/3.1/3.2, USB hard disk drives, MP3 players, etc.
The 'Double Source Check' prevents errors in the duplication process. The first port is used as a master. All information is read in from this port. In the second port an 'compare master' is placed. All information written during
the copy process is compared with this second 'master'. In this way, undetected errors during the copy process can be found and excluded. This process ensures the highest reliability and 100% correct results.
The 'Event Log Report' function makes it possible to view and save detailed information about the production process. This information can be viewed directly via the PC Link software or copied on a USB stick on the system. The log file contains:
- Machine information
- Detailed information about the flash device (VID/PID/SN)
- Detailed information on each port operation
- Result of all operations
Burn-in tests the durability of an USB stick. An USB stick is written to in several cycles with data and then compared. The total number of cycles can be set from 30 minutes to a maximum of 30 days. The status of the test and any errors found can be read on the display.
Through the PC-Link function it is possible to monitor the status of one or more i9 duplicators in real-time. The required software is compatible with MS Windows PCs and is supplied free of charge.
U-Reach USB duplicators are able to simultaneously duplicate at a maximum speed of 2 GB/min to each USB ports. The speed always remains constant, even if the number of media to be duplicated increases.
The "Quick Copy" function only duplicates the existing data area on an NTFS, Linux (ext2/ext3/ext4) FAT16/32 or exFAT partition. The duplication process can be accelerated considerably in most cases. Other not supported data formats can also be duplicated with the "Whole Media" copy function. This will duplicate the entire content in a bitwise operation.
With the "Capacity Check" and "A2 Fake Picker" functions you can test whether the actual capacity of a USB stick corresponds to the indicated capacity.
With the "Speed Check" function, both read and write speed of an USB sticks can be tested.
The H3/H5/H6 "Media Check" functions are a powerful tool to check the quality of your USB flash devices. A per port check can be preformed for speed and bad sectors.
With the specially designed exchangeable USB slots of the i9 series, a faulty slot can be replaced quickly and easily by the user. In three simple steps an USB slot can be replaced within one minute.
One or more extra optionally available power supplies can be connected to an i9 duplicator to ensure there is sufficient voltage per port for large-scale duplication.
The ergonomic design makes the i9 series 50 to 70 percent smaller than traditional tower duplicators.
