Do you need to duplicate a large number of USB pen drives or memory cards, but you don't want to buy equipment for this? We offer the option to rent a U-Reach USB or SD/microSD duplicator for one or more days.

The U-Reach USB and SD/microSD duplicators operate stand-alone, no computer connection or software is required. The operation is very simple; all functions are controlled via the keys and the LCD display of the duplicator.

Available models
Different duplicator models are available for rental. For duplicating USB pen drives we offer a portable model with 7 ports or a tower model with 31 ports. For duplicating Secure Digital memory cards (SD or microSD) we also offer a portable model with 7 ports or a Tower model with 31 ports. The SD/microSD duplicators feature dual ports so that both SD and microSD memory cards can be duplicated.

Capacity
With the portable "Carry" models, 7 copies can be made simultaneously from a "Master" USB stick or SD/microSD memory card. The "Tower" models can make 31 copies at a time. All rental USB and SD/microSD duplicators offer a maximum copy speed of 33MB/second (2GB/minute) per individual port. The actual achievable speed mainly depends on the writing speed of the USB sticks or memory cards used. The copy speed of a specific USB stick or SD/microSD card can be tested on a PC by copying a number of large files to the stick/card and measuring the time required for this.

Retal Rates
The USB and SD/microSD duplicators can be rented per day. Different rates apply for the first day of rent than for any subsequent days. A deposit must be paid before the start of the rental period. This deposit can be paid by bank transfer or in cash on collection.

Prices are in euro's, excl. VAT and per day.

Rental Conditions
- The minimum rental period is one day. Rentals are only possible per full day.
- Duplicators can be picked up by the renter on business days or delivered to the renter by UPS.
- We charge two days as a weekend rate (pick up after 9:00 on Friday, return on Monday before 12:00).
- The deposit must be paid in cash or by bank transfer before the start of the rental period.

Pick Up
- Duplicators can be collected by the renter at our office address in The Hague on working days from 9:00 am.
- Duplicators must be returned by the renter on working days before 12:00.

Shipping
If desired, duplicators can be delivered to the renter and collected after the retal period. We use the carrier UPS for this. Shipping is possible within the Netherlands (except the Wadden Islands).
- The duplicator will be delivered to the renter before 12:00 on the first rental day by UPS.
- When the rental period has ended, the duplicator will be collected from the renter by UPS the next working day during office hours.
- The renter must ensure that the duplicator is ready for pickup by UPS at the start of the working day.
- The costs for this transport service are € 34.95 excl. VAT for the 1-7 Carry duplicators and € 49.95 excl. VAT for the 1-31 Tower duplicators.
